Michael Carnahan attended Arizona State University where he received his BS with distinction in 1969, his MBA with high distinction in 1969, and his JD Cum Laude in 1975. He was associate editor of the Law Review and received the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity Scholarship in 1974. Michael is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, the Defense Research Institute and the Trucking Industry Defense Association. He also serves as a Judge Pro Tem with the Superior Court of Maricopa County and serves as a private mediator and arbitrator throughout the State of Arizona. Michael’s practice area includes personal injury, wrongful death, product liability and medical malpractice defense. He has tried more than 50 cases to a verdict, including wrongful-death, burn, head and serious-injury claims. Michael has been a member of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association and the Lawyer-Pilots Bar Association. He has lectured to the Arizona Pilot’s Association and has taught continuing legal education audiences.
