Michael Perry attended Arizona State University where he received his BS Magna Cum Laude in 1979 and his JD Cum Laude in 1982. He is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell. Michael is a Registered Lobbyist with the Arizona Legislature. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, the Defense Research Institute, the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel (past-President), and former Chairman of the Arizona Supreme Court Committee on Examinations.
Michael’s practice areas includes Product Liability, Bodily Injury, Employment, Professional Liability, Premises Liability, Insurance, Banking & Administrative Law, Mediation and Construction Defect Litigation.
Michael has taught seminars and classes for other attorneys and insurance claims professionals in the areas of ethics, comparative bad faith, mediation, insurance coverage, construction defect litigation and use of experts in litigation.
